1. BOOKING & SERVICES

All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp or Email. Grace & Glow Salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with prior notice. Services are subject to availability.

2. PAYMENT

Payment is due after the service is completed. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Prices are in AED and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

4. HOME SERVICE

Home service and transportation are provided free of charge within Al Ain City. The client must ensure a clean and safe environment for the service provider.

5. HAIR TREATMENT PRODUCTS

All hair treatment products are authentic and carefully selected. Orders must be placed via WhatsApp or Email. Grace & Glow is not responsible for allergic reactions — please do a patch test before use and inform us of any known allergies.

6. PRIVACY

Your personal information (name, phone, address) is used solely for booking and delivery purposes and will never be shared with third parties.
